How overgrown is too overgrown?

There’s no such thing. Waist-high weeds, established brambles, gardens untouched for years: this is exactly the job. If anything, the worse it is, the more satisfying the before and after.

Do you take all the waste away?

Yes. Everything cleared is bagged, loaded and taken with us, and the garden is left clean.

Do you take rubble, soil or household waste?

Standard clearance covers green waste. Rubble, soil and household items need to be seen and quoted separately, so mention them with your photos.

Can you clear a garden before a house sale or new tenancy?

Yes, we do plenty of these. A cleared, tidy garden makes a real difference to viewings and handovers, and we can usually work to a deadline.

Will you keep the plants I want?

Absolutely. We walk the garden with you first and agree exactly what stays and what goes before anything is cut.

How long does a garden clearance take?

Smaller clearances can be done in a day; heavily overgrown gardens may take longer or a couple of visits. We’ll give you an honest estimate with the quote.

What happens after the clearance?

Whatever you like. Some people take it from there themselves; plenty move onto regular garden maintenance so it never gets out of hand again.

How much does garden clearance cost in the South East?

As a rough guide, garden clearance in the South East typically comes in around £150 to £350 for smaller gardens and lighter clearances, and £300 to £600 for a properly overgrown garden, with the green waste removal included. Big, long-neglected jungles can run beyond that, which is why those sometimes need a quick look in person first.
