Exterior Services is run by Joss and Magnus from East Grinstead. Joss looks after the exterior cleaning side, from driveways and patios to roofs and render, while Magnus looks after the gardens: hedges, lawns, clearances and regular maintenance.

The aim has stayed simple since day one: clear communication, tidy work and a service customers can rely on year after year. We quote before we start, turn up when we say we will, and leave every property cleaner than we found it.

Joss oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and ensures every job is carried out with attention and care, while Magnus supports the gardening side of the business. Together, we maintain a straightforward approach built around reliability, honesty and doing the job properly from start to finish.

Most exterior cleaning is handled by Joss, while Magnus carries out the majority of the gardening work. For larger jobs, you may see both of us. You’ll always know who is attending before the visit.

How do you make sure the work is carried out safely?

We take a steady, careful approach to every job. Before starting, we look over the area, check for any risks and make sure the method we’re using suits the space. This helps us work safely without rushing.

Can I book more than one service at the same time?

Yes. Many customers combine cleaning and gardening work into one visit. It’s a simple way to save time and keep everything running smoothly.

What can I expect on the day of the visit?

We’ll let you know when we’re on the way, arrive within the agreed time and talk you through anything important before we begin. Once the work is done, we’ll tidy up and make sure you’re happy with the result.

Do you bring all the tools and equipment?

Yes. We supply everything needed for cleaning and gardening work, including access equipment if required. You don’t need to prepare anything unless we’ve mentioned it beforehand.

Can you visit my property for a quick look before booking?

In most cases, photos are all we need, but if the job is complex or you prefer an in-person visit, we can arrange a time to come out and assess the work with you.

Are you insured to carry out the work?

Yes. We hold public liability insurance, giving reassurance while work is being carried out at your property.

Do you take on both small and larger jobs?

Yes. We carry out small one-off tasks as well as larger or ongoing work, depending on what’s needed.
